CLOTHING:

UK & India - FREE Delivery over £50. Under £50 is £4.99.

International Delivery - £25 flat rate, no matter how many items you purchase.

 

JEWELLERY:

UK Delivery - FREE

International Delivery - £9.99

 

 

Local Customs, Duties and Taxes

If you live outside the UK, some countries charge local duties or taxes on your order. This is a separate charge (not imposed by us) so we recommend that you contact your local Customs Authority to understand what any potential costs may be before you order.

 

In most cases, the courier delivering your outfit will take payment of these charges on behalf of your local Customs Office, before releasing your order to you.

 

If for whatever reason you need to refund your purchase, these charges aren't refundable from us and you'll have to claim these refunds from your local Customs Authority directly.

 

 

Delivery Timelines

The time it take to deliver to you will depend on the type of product service you have ordered. These delivery types are:

 

  • 'Ready to Ship' (Your outfit is ready packed to send to you the next day. Delivery estimates below.)
  • 'Made to Measure' (Your outfit is bespoke tailored to your measurements. The delivery estimate is written on each outfit page because the different outfits take different lengths of time. It can be anything from 2-9 weeks.)

 
'Ready to Ship' Delivery Estimates

We work with all major international couriers like UPS, Royal Mail and Fedex and delivery times vary slightly between them. Events like public or religious holidays, local customs and busy periods of the year may delay your shipment in a small number of cases, which are our of our control. 

 

 

 

Whilst we always do our best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, we can't be held responsible for any delays experienced by these couriers.

 

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER: 
  • Once we've shipped your outfit from our delivery centre, we'll send you an email with the courier tracking details and estimated delivery date.

 

  • All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and require a signature by an authorised person at the delivery address given at the time of ordering.

   

 

Re-delivery

If you're not available to receive your order, the courier will leave you a note. Most couriers will attempt to redeliver to your address a maximum of three times.

Any redelivery requests should be made directly with the carrier who shipped your items.

The details of the courier will be provided in your order confirmation email with the relevant tracking number.

*Truck and rail shipments to and within other than as a connecting conveyance are excluded to Mexico. Shipments via air are covered.

Any location that would be in violation of any U.S. economic or trade sanctions including OFAC Restricted Countries will be restricted. For shipments to Russian and other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) coverage ceases upon touchdown of the aircraft at the airport of destination or upon discharge from the overseas vessel at the destination discharge port.

 

Tracking your Order

After placing your order, we'll send you an email confirmation which contains your package tracking details and expected delivery date.

 

Most couriers initially take at least 24-48 hours to update delivery information into their systems, so you might have to wait a short while to get your information update. 

 

 

Important Delivery Information

Order Redirection

Once the package has been sent out from our delivery facility, we're unable to redirect orders to a different address.

 

Insurance

We insure all products up until the point they're delivered to you. All packages must be signed for at which point the responsibility transfers over to you. If you have a recipient who'll sign on your behalf, you then accept this as evidence that responsibility has been transferred over to you.
