As glamorous as Cannes or the Oscars, the annual International Indian Film Academy event hit the Spanish capital of Madrid and made it the most happening place on earth these past few days as it hosted a bevy of Bollywood boys and beauties including Ranveer Singh, Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Shahid Kapoor and Bipasha Basu for IIFA 2016.
But it was the ladies who notched the temperature up a few degrees as they took seductive dressing to the next level! Here are our favourite 15 'dressed to kill' moments from IIFA 2016.
15. Sarah Jane Dias in Tanieya Khanuja.
White is the ultimate colour of seduction, both innocent and fresh yet white hot against tanned, olive skin, and she rocks the season's cut away style trend.
14. Nargis Fakhri in Monisha Jaising.
The 'forget your shirt at home' look was a big hit this IIFA season with both Nargis and Deepika sporting the looks, and both in shades of blue.
13. 'Best Actress' Winner Deepika Padukone in Swapnil Shinde.
This gown really needs no introduction in why it epitomises prowess in seduction. Simply astonishing finished with the ultimate plunge neckline.
12. Deepika Padukone in Prabal Gurang.
Sassy and strong, this siren red dress with skyscraper high slits and matching bold lips brings Hollywood glamour to Bollywood.
11. Sonakshi Sinha in Rohit Ghandi and Rahul Khanna.
We love the figure hugging hour glass look of this outfit. It totally makes the most of the 'Selfie Queen's' bootylicious curves.
10. Shilpa Shetty in Shivan and Narresh.
Shilpa 'the body' Shetty has always been able to get away with knock out cuts and colours due to her statuesque physique. But we love this blood orange colour on her. Perfect for Spain.
How cute are the newly wed couple? And Bips rocks this shorts suit giving it a city twist with kitten heels and statement bag.
8. Sayani Gupta in Gaurav Gupta.
Sayani mixes a risqué neckline with this fresh white to hit a perfect balance of 'hot' but keep it looking expensive.
7. Nargis Fakhri in Namrata Joshpuri.
There's double trouble in this plunging front and back sequin gown by Namrata Joshpuri.
6. Bipasha Basu in Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
This is a bit of a design spectacle. But we think Bips pulls it off.
5. Sayani Gupta in Amit Aggarwal.
Here's Sayani again, looking super sultry in this sharp and powerful structured number. The short hair adds to the sexy and confident look.
4. Elli Avram in Asa Kazingmei.
Proving that you don't neeed to show off a lot of skin to be seductive, Elli glistens in green in this structured gown by Mumbai based Designer Asa.
3. Deepika Padukone in Chloe.
Another take on the 'female tux' is this midnight blue, trouser suit. With crisp lapels and white piping, simply delightful.
2. Shilpa Shetty in Shantanu and Nikhil.
Proving that she can still look 'white hot' Shilpa dons this daring cutaway gown to ultimate effect.
1. Deepika Padukone in Sabyasachi Official.
Number one for us has to be this Sabyasachi ivory number with emerald jewel cape. It combines the most feminine and sexiest of the season's style statements from lace, to bare shoulders to capes. We adore it even more, because it shows just how sexy traditional Indian couture has always been.
And whilst Priyanka Chopra was a little subdued in her Awards night Shiaparelli gown outfit, she won both "Best Supporting Actress" and the "Woman of the Year" so by default, success epitomises sexiness! Congrats 'PeeCee' on your double win.
